Service og vejledning s\u00e6tter vi en stor \u00e6re i, da vi tager hensyn til den enkeltes behov. Det er derfor muligt, for et mindre gebyr, at f\u00e5 lagt et tr\u00e6nings forl\u00f8b, der passer til dig, alt efter om du f.eks. har slidgigt, diabetes, kol eller andet.<\/p>\n<p>New Fitness har en stor gruppe seniorer, der m\u00f8des og tr\u00e6ner j\u00e6vnligt. Det er altid nemmere at g\u00e5 til tr\u00e6ning n\u00e5r man m\u00f8der ligestillede og oplever f\u00e6llesskab og socialt samv\u00e6r over en kop kaffe.<\/p>\n<p>At v\u00e6re fysisk aktiv som \u00e6ldre er med til at vedligeholde din livskvalitet, mindske chancen for at dit helbred skal s\u00e6tte en stopper for nogle af de ting du godt kan lide som f.eks. sport, g\u00e5 ture, rejser osv.<\/p>\n<p>Selvom du\/i ikke har tr\u00e6net styrketr\u00e6ning f\u00f8r kan der allerede efter 8 uger, m\u00e6rkes en markant forskel.<\/p>\n<p>Vi tilbyder senior hold tr\u00e6ning 2 gange om ugen.
